1. Who we are
Which Way, Wonder? is offered by Rocketship Creative, LLC, a Texas limited liability company located in Plano, Texas (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Contact: [email protected].
2. The service
Which Way, Wonder? is a paid digital subscription. An AI storyteller generates interactive stories. At story breaks, the reader chooses a path. After finishing, the reader may return, make a different choice, and receive a different ending.
The service is software-as-a-service, not a physical good. Access is provided online for the term of a paid membership. We may improve, pause, or replace features as the product develops, so long as the core offer — branching stories for a monthly fee — remains available or we provide notice as required by law.
3. Accounts and eligibility
The customer is the adult who creates the account: a parent, guardian, or teacher. Readers are intended to be ages 6–16. If a child is under 13, a parent or guardian must create and manage the account. You represent that you have authority to bind the household or classroom to these terms.
You are responsible for the credentials on the account and for activity under it. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe the account has been used without permission.
4. Fees, term, and cancellation
The current price is $10 USD per month, billed in advance on a month-to-month basis. There is no annual contract. Membership renews until you cancel.
When checkout is enabled, payment will be processed by a third-party payment processor. Taxes may be added where required. Price changes, if any, will be posted on the pricing page and, where required, emailed to the account holder before they apply to a renewal.
You may cancel anytime. Cancellation, refunds, and the remainder of a paid period are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, reverse engineer it except as allowed by law, share a single household login as a public library of accounts, or use the storyteller to generate or share unlawful, sexual, or harassing content involving minors. We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe violates these terms.
6. Stories and intellectual property
The Which Way, Wonder? name, wordmark, site design, and software are owned by Rocketship Creative, LLC. Stories generated for a reader are licensed to that membership for personal, household, or classroom use during the subscription. You may not resell generated stories as a competing product. We do not claim to sell you the underlying AI models.
AI-generated stories can be uneven. They are entertainment and reading practice, not advice, tutoring credentials, or a substitute for a trusted adult.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle account data, payments, and children’s privacy. By using the service you acknowledge that policy.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by Texas and United States law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that every generated story will please every reader or that the service will be uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocketship Creative, LLC and its members, officers, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the membership in the three months before the claim. Some states do not allow certain limitations; in those states our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
9. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Rocketship Creative, LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms, except to the extent caused by our own misconduct.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except where prohibited, you and we agree that the state and federal courts located in Collin County, Texas shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the service. If you are a consumer entitled to other venue protections under applicable law, those protections still apply.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change, and the current version will be posted on this page. Material changes will be announced by email to the account holder or by a notice on the site when we have a working membership list. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where the law requires consent.
